This unit sits across the waterfront on the south side of Malecón San Martin with spectacular views of the ocean and coves including the San Bartolo Yacht Club and Curayacu Club. The building has a lobby, two pools, clubhouse and parking for two cars. Tranquil surroundings with many beautiful spots for hiking, fishing, boating and swimming. San Bartolo is well known for its waves and it has held many domestic and international surf championships bringing surfers from all over the world. For those looking for a little more thrill, there is a motocross circuit nearby and plenty of hillside trails for 4-wheel vehicles and ATVs. It is well located close to the local market, stores and restaurants. Easy and quick access to and from main roads and highway.

This unit has a comfortable ambiance with all brand new household furniture and supplies. It is ideal for a group of 1 to 6 but you can sleep as many as eight. It has three nicely distributed bedrooms, full size bed with full bath in the Master Bedroom and twin size bunk beds in the other two. Dining area and living room with glass doors opening up to the balcony over-looking the water. Kitchenette with refrigerator, four burner stove, oven with grill, microwave, blender, pots and pans, utensils, glasses, dishware and silverware. Flat screen TVs in the living room and Master Bedroom and stereo sound system in the living room. Brand new 24 lbs washing machine with pre-drying cycle and clotheshorse in the laundry room. There is hot water throughout the house. Residents also have access to a shared pool area and ground level parking. The price is in US dollars and subject to fluctuations due to market demands, including local holidays. For stays less than a month, a $300 dollars deposit is required and for stays longer than 30 days a $500 dollars deposit is required. Utilities are paid by the guest except HOA fees.
