SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The security deposit is a payment apart from the rental price. It must be paid before reserving an apartment. The amount is between $200 - $300 for short term rentals, and for long term rentals the security deposit varies.
This security deposit will be refunded to you on the last day of your stay in the apartment. A cleaning fee of between $40 - $50 will be subtracted from your security deposit, depending on the apartment. For example, if the security deposit was $300 and the cleaning fee was $40, assuming no damages to the property incurred, then you will receive back $260.
CLEANING FEE:
The cleaning fee is a fee for final cleaning, after leaving the apartment. It is NOT a payment for cleaning service during your stay in the apartment.
The cleaning fee amount varies between $40 - $50 depending on the apartment.
The cleaning fee will be charged from your security deposit.
CANCELATTION POLICY:
Refunds will only be honored if reservation is cancelled within 3 days of submitting first payment. After 3 days, no refunds will be granted.
Reservations made within 4 weeks of check in date will not be refunded.
For security reasons, please note that all the payment by paypal and credit card the passports and stamped Peru immigration entry cards will be copied, scanned of all members staying at the condo at the time of check in.
In case the apartment does not meet client's expectations, It is the renters obligation to let it know at the check in time. AlquileresPeru.com is committed to work with every client to ensure that the rental is a satisfactory experience. It is completely unacceptable to stay in an apartment, and wait until returning home to express dissatisfaction and try to get a refund.
CHECK IN AND CHEACK OUT INFORMATION
The time of Check In the apartment must be at any time After 4:00 PM.
The time of Check Out the apartment must be at any time Before 10:00 AM.
